Here, I finally am with a lot more pictures from Nate and Jamie’s wedding. I was so glad I got the chance to help shoot their wedding! To start off with, here are a few of Jamie getting dressed:

Lo-o-o-ve this one–

Jamie planned a special time for the two of them to have their first look in the sanctuary. Mary Lou and I got to “sneak”–not really since it was planned–some shots from balcony.

Sisters:

Three girls, just like in my family. It was fun to watch them together, because they reminded me a little of us.

A few candids and pre-wedding shots:

“Going to the Chapel”

I had to restrain myself from cheering a loud, “Woot! Woot! Woot!” for the gorgeous light in this church! Just wonderful. If you want to make your photographer happy and end up with beautiful wedding ceremony pictures *especially if there are no-flash restrictions,* look for a church with lots of windows that allow natural light to pour inside.

Congratulations, you two, as you begin your Happily Ever After.

I love all the ceremony pictures. Well done, and something you don’t see a lot of on all the wedding photography sites. Then again, few weddings are shot in churches that have lighting this beautiful.
Yeah, the light was beautiful!! After we got home, I almost wondered why we didn’t shoot more formals in the sanctuary.
Oh, those were so beautiful! I have a few weddings coming up too. And while I prefer newborn babies….there is something fulfilling about shooting a wedding! Great job!
Thanks, Sharla. I really do love weddings and getting to be a part of and telling the story of those emotions…. Wish I could beg you to let me second shoot, but I guess that’ll have to wait.
Hope these last days of your pregnancy are going well. And I should be “following” YOU at weddings! Your creativity is so inspiring!!
Lovely photos and yes, I would say if you have good lighting, do formals in the sanctuary!! Love when you see that. It was good to get glimpses of family.
